Together with Advokatfirman Delphi, we are organizing a seminar where leading international arbitration experts will delve into the intricacies of identification and assessment of corruption in arbitration disputes. We will address questions such as how to explore red flags of corruption, how red flags of corruption can properly be used and what limits there are of red flags in establishing a corrupt practice.
